There's a wide range of high quality equipment to support your training goals. There’s also a great variety of classes to keep your workouts engaging and effective.

This is the best gym I have ever trained in my life. Cheap subscription, friendly stuff and the best location. In off peak hours the gym is mostly empty so you can enjoy your workout. Always tidy and clean. The only reason I quit is because I am moving out of Nottingham. Thanks f1 team!!!

Emperor Thrash

Honestly an amazing gym, great value. It's comfortable and has the facilities of a larger gym chain, but with the personal touch and friendliness of a smaller independent. I was taken care of initially by Dom and later Alex, who really helped me get started on my gym journey. Luckily I'm able to attend at quieter periods, but I rarely need to wait for the equipment I need. Regrettably I'm going away at the end of this month, but will certainly use this gym again when I return to Notts.

Carolina Sant'Ana

I absolutely love this gym! One of the best features is the female-only gym on the top floor, which provides a comfortable and private space for women to work out. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The gym itself is always clean, and it's clear they take pride in maintaining the space. I also appreciate that the equipment is always in great working condition, whether it's the cardio machines or the weights. Highly recommend this gym to anyone!
